M&A operations

We operate few transactions under M&A format but with higher focus in Infrastructure field or in strategic sectors in some specific countries (for example Agribusiness in Brazil). Preferably we are available for purposes that the core development of the transaction is related with integration of risks related with climate externalities and climate resilience in the value chain of those projects/consortiums and companies.
