Alessandro is a seasoned professional with 28 years of experience at a global leader in the services sector, having worked across all areas of the business — including serving as CEO in Brazil, leading an operation with 55,000 employees.
He possesses extensive expertise in M&A, Operations, Commercial Strategy, Business Strategy, Labor Negotiations, Tax, New Business Development, and Marketing.
He holds a degree in Business Administration and MBAs in Business Management, Business Development, and Marketing.
Eduardo Pereira
Eduardo is a successful investment banking professional focused on large-scale infrastructure and green energy projects, as well as a corporate consultant and executive. He has a 30-year career in business, primarily in the Energy and Sustainable Development sectors.
Recently, he was the founder and vice president of a Portuguese Business Chamber in Southeastern Brazil, and a board member of other Sub-Saharan Africa Business Committees.
Thiago Pessotti
Thiago is a multidisciplinary professional with significant experience in commercial strategy, including sectors such as media, food, and start-ups in the Brazilian market. He holds a degree in Marketing and Advertising, with specialization and training in strategic and high-performance sales.
Over the past six years, he has focused on the commercial and marketing areas of major companies in the food, services, and technology sectors, serving primarily as a Senior Commercial Manager for key accounts, with strong expertise in building and managing sales teams across Brazil.
Guilherme Thompson
Guilherme is a lawyer with over 10 years of experience in Corporate Law, Tax Law, and Business Structuring. His practice includes M&A, corporate reorganizations, tax and succession planning, and corporate governance. He holds a Master’s degree in Procedural Law (UFES), postgraduate degrees in related areas, and an international CP³P-F certification.
He has led major negotiations in the mining, healthcare, defense, and biotechnology sectors. As an advisor to innovation hubs and defense companies, he contributes to topics such as compliance, business expansion, and innovation — combining technical sophistication with pragmatism to generate sustainable value.
